Hi, I’m Alexandra, and I’m thrilled to be part of the CB Partners team! With a background in sales and politics, I’ve always been passionate about building connections, understanding people’s goals, and creating opportunities for success. Joining CB Partners has been an exciting step as I channel these skills into the dynamic world of recruiting.

I went to the University of Iowa (go Hawkeyes!) and grew up in a small town in Iowa, though I was born in Kansas City. My Midwest roots have instilled in me the importance of hard work, authenticity, and fostering meaningful relationships.

In my sales career, I learned how to listen, strategize, and deliver solutions tailored to individual needs. My time in politics further honed my ability to navigate challenges, build trust, and collaborate with people from all walks of life. These experiences now fuel my passion for connecting top talent with organizations that share their values and vision.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dog mom to Penelope, the fluffiest and most spoiled member of the family. I also love cooking and exploring new recipes—it’s my way of unwinding after a busy day. And when I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll probably find me planning my next adventure. I’m currently on passport number three and always on the lookout for my next travel destination!
