With six years of agency recruiting experience, Alexandria specializes in both temporary and permanent placements across accounting and finance, covering everything from AP and AR roles to Senior Accountants and Controllers. She partners closely with high growth companies in Denver and beyond, helping them build strong teams with the right people in the right seats. Known for her thoughtful, relationship first approach, she brings warmth, strategy, and a true passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Before her recruiting career, she founded and scaled LA’s #1 private music school, leading a team of 15 instructors and working with a roster of 75 students. After a successful exit, she moved to Colorado in 2019 to chase the mountains, and ended up discovering a new calling in the world of recruiting. She went on to launch and grow the Texas market for her previous firm, placing 22+ temps in under a year, and has loved mentoring new recruiters along the way, helping them find their footing in a fast paced industry.

Outside of work, you’ll find her snowboarding every weekend in the winter or competing in river SUP races once the snow melts. She’s also big on hiking, camping, hot yoga, cooking up something new in the kitchen, and planning her next travel adventure.
