Fresh off completing her accelerated Master’s in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude, 3.95 GPA) from Lesley University, she joins CB Partners with proven experience developing hiring and retention strategies for an education company during her recent consultant internship.

With a background in education, Keira sharpened her skills in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and creating inclusive environments, skills she’s now putting to work in recruiting. She is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with organizations that need them, using her analytical thinking and people skills to help clients build stronger teams and hit their goals.

Originally from Southern California and moving to Denver in 2024, Keira has loved exploring Colorado through activities like camping, hiking, and snowboarding. Aside from that, she enjoys running around on a tennis court, powering through hot yoga classes, and crafting.
