During his tenure, Michael helped drive year-over-year firm growth that contributed to Inc. 5000 recognition for three consecutive years.

Outside of work, Michael serves on the Board of Directors for Mile High SHRM, most recently as President-Elect. Michael was recognized as the Emerging HR Professional of the Year in 2022 by Mile High SHRM and has continued to stay involved. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two rambunctious corgis.
